The company now has more than 80 stores operating in Luxury, Jewelry, Mass market and Food & Beverage.
We are currently looking for a HR Data Analyst.
The duties will include:
• Review all HR Data in cooperation with all Coordinators and HR Manager
• Maintain HR analytical tools, and create user friendly dashboards
• Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR reporting and data analysis of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development and, HR Administration sub-divisions
• Respond to statistical data requests from Top Management and other functions` heads
• Analyze employees` related data starting with onboarding, personal development, transfers, turnover, and career management within the Organization
• Support and assist in establishment of HR related statistical Software
Requirements:
• University Degree in Data/Business Analytics, Business Administration or IT sphere
• Previous experience working in Data analysis would be an advantage
• Knowledge of English, Azerbaijani and Russian
• Analytical and Strategic thinking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel of Advanced level
• Experience in Data analysis would be an advantage
• Good Communication and time management skills
