Position title: IELTS/BUSINESS ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR (URGENT)

Headstart International is seeking a well-qualified IELTS/BUSINESS ENGLISH teacher. The successful applicant will teach both mentioned programs to corporate clients. Headstart International has been leading the way with its specially designed corporate training courses for over 8 years. Over 16 000 people took advantage of multiple training courses. Our mission is to contribute towards the professional and personal development of human resources in Azerbaijan.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor/Master degree in TEFL
- At least 2 years of proven experience in teaching English
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in teaching methodology
- Teaching certificates are preferable such as TKT, TESOL or CELTA.
- Only candidates with updated IELTS scores will be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Active and ongoing classroom management
- Effective delivery of Business English/IELTS classes to corporate as well as individual students
- Mentoring skills to guide students to achieve their highest scores on exams.
- Respond to student related issues
- High energy level, motivation for teaching and ability to engage with students
