Job title: Personal Assistant to the Operation Manager
Work location: Gadabay office, Azerbaijan
Work schedule: 22 working days, 9 rest days
Candidate Requirements:
Education: BSC in a technical or economic discipline
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word MS
Strong command of English
Essential responsibilities are to be:
Assisting in drawing up production reports
tracking down procurement documentations
obtaining figures on daily production
reviewing Operation Manager's email (about 150 mails per day)
making Operation Manager's daily schedule
In Operations Manager's absence sending him production plan reports
tracking down implementation of Operations Manager's requests by other departments
Company will provide: meals, accommodation, monthly phone usage, medical insurance, transportation from/to site;
