HR Assistant
Key accountabilities:
• Assistance to HR Operations Division in staff related activities
• Assistance in employment process administration from hiring to redundancy (hiring, filing, vacations, sick leaves, interview arrangement, data input, etc.)
• Administrative support to Transport Supervisor, Travel and Insurance Coordinator
Required skills/experience:
• University Degree in Legal, Business Administration, Psychology or Social Sciences
• Minimum 1-year practical experience in personnel administration
• Good knowledge of HR administration
• Good knowledge of labor code and employment-related laws
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
• Good command in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
