Title:
• Community Manager / Front office manager
Description:
• Being the front office team member the community manager will carry out multiple tasks from registering the members to manage the community of them.
Reporting Relationship:
• Reports to the Business Development Manager
Core Responsibilities
Managing the front office
• Registering new customers, get them acquainted with the House Rules
• Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
• Monitoring work of cleaning staff and ensure efficient maintenance of the whole space
• Monitor all activities of the front desk on everyday basis and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures to maintain exceptional quality of services.
Managing community
• Managing community events
• Creating a networking environment
• Ensuring all members are following the House Rules
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and related fields.
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English

• Excellent and clear communication skills
• Basic understanding of behavioral psychology
• Attention to details
• Organizational skills
• Negotiation skills
• Good with numbers
• Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Experience:
• Good understanding of marketing, sales and client relations
• Good knowledge of MS office programs
• Previous experience in marketing, client relations and sales is advantage
