We're urgently looking for BI / OLAP developer.
Main duties:
• Establishing ETL streams from OLTP sources in the data warehouse using SSIS
• Writing and debugging of stored procedures (loading of dimensions, measures, calculations, preparing structures for datamarts, etc.)
• Creation of the necessary objects in the database (tables, indexes, views, functions, procedures, etc.)
• Creation of cubes in SSAS (mainly Tabular, but sometimes MOLAP), as well as data models in Power BI
• Creation of the reports in SSRS
• Creation of the dashboards in Power BI (cloud and Desktop)
• Creation of the custom tools for manual data loading in DWH
• Participation in the meetings with IT staff and business customers (communication languages: RU, EN)
• Creation of the technical documentation and user instructions for the works performed and keeping them up to date (writing languages: RU, EN, AZ).
Requirements for candidates:
• Higher IT education, work experience in the development of BI / OLAP for at least 1 year.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Development and administration experience in MS SQL Analysis Services (Tabular and Multidimensional), MS SQL Reporting Service, MS SQL Server, MS SQL Integration Services, MS Power BI (Desktop and cloud), MS Master Data Services.
• Programming in Microsoft Office (VBA) is an advantage;
• Knowledge of operation principle with MS Office 365 applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages in MS SQL Server and Power BI (T-SQL, DAX, MDX, Power Query), as well as C # and PowerShell.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL: stored procedures, views, operation with large amounts of data, work with XML, XQuery, Merge, window functions, reading and explaining query plans.
• Knowledge of the principles of SQL queries optimization: building of the indexes of various types, use of statistics, caching of the execution plans.
• Knowledge of the principles of data warehousing.
• Knowledge of multidimensional and tabular data models.
• Knowledge of the principles of operation in the system of users' queries and appeals registration, and taking into account the actual time spent on the work, for example, HP Service Desk, ServiceNow.
