Job title: HR and Admin Officer

Work location: Gadabay office, Azerbaijan
Work schedule: 22 working days, 9 rest days 

Candidate Requirements:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- University degree in related field
- Knowledge of Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic
- Strong MS office skills
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
- Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, Russian) 

Essential responsibilities are to be:

  Keep in order all personnel files, Time Records documentation, preparation of letters
  Electronic Government Portal services (new hires, transfers, termination, SSN and etc.)
  Working with Labor Law. (pre-employment and Employment, Termination, Transferring, Redundancy issues; Preparation of Relevant Internal Orders; Making appropriate notes in Labor Books, opening new ones if needed, etc…)
  Cooperation with insurance companies;
  The arrangement of accommodation and transportation
  Maintenance of vacation spreadsheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave bulletin
  Providing reports to the HR Manager and governmental structures.

Company will provide: meals, accommodation, monthly phone usage, medical insurance, transportation from/to site;
