Founded in 1996 in Baku, Azerbaijan, Sinteks LLC is now one of the largest and most successful fashion retailers in the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Sinteks is committed to working with the world’s leading fashion brands – from established international fashion houses to emerging designer labels.

The company now has more than 80 stores operating in fashion, jewelry and food & beverage spheres.

We are currently looking for a Copywriter.

The duties will include:

• Providing text content according to confirmed media-plans in line with concept of luxury, premium and mass market brands
• Developing content strategy that drives high engagement  in Azeri ,English and Russian for Digital and Advertising content
• Collaborating with account marketing managers and designer to ensure content is aligned with design layouts and photos
• Staying up-to-date with fashion trends and digital developments, generating new ideas to draw audience’s attention
• Brainstorming with team for new ideas and content strategies according to luxury tone of voice
• Managing translations (Azeri ,English and Russian) and ensuring excellence in terms of effectiveness, quality and timing
• Maintaining one line and concept to all online and print content materials and campaigns
• Supporting and overseeing Social Media publications

- Ensure high quality of work
- Ensure effective media-buying and budgeting
- Meet all deadlines
- Ensure effectiveness of PR activities both in image and sales aspects

Requirements:

• Relevant education in PR or journalism, linguistics is desirable though not absolutely mandatory
• A background in luxury, fashion, brands and retail and good understanding of the fashion industry
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Copywriting
• Experience in digital and social platforms is an advantage
• Strong copywriting skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized and result oriented
• Good team working skills
