B2C Marketing Section Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategy
• Ensure the necessary infrastructure and processes to deliver marketing programs to meet both business and customer segment requirements.
• Develop and refine the route to market strategy:
• Propose changes based on market review
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and plan by integrating consumer segment strategies
• Manage the implementation loyalty and retention programmes based on consumer and customer segment requirements
• Coordinate the development of regional demand planning
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality (e.g. RQI) and customer price of products are achieved
• Propose goals and KPIs for direct reports and track ongoing results

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• University degree in Marketing, Economics
• 7 years of experience in relevant field within multinational companies (preferably in Telecom)
• 3-5 years of Managerial experience
• Pre-advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Azeri, English and Russian.
• Leadership Skills

• Solid Time management
• Customer Engagement
