A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Sales Executive for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Good selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
 Sound knowledge of corporate and group market segments within the local market
 Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for individual accounts.
 Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
 Understanding of revenue management functions and account profitability. 
 Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
 Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
 Attend Sales events, as required.
 Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
 Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
 Develop and maintain a customer database.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
 Very good knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
 Knowledge of local market and hospitality.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
