The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as a Senior Specialist in Corporate Communications.

Responsible for creation and implementation of internal communications strategy to enhance corporate culture in the bank.

Main Accountability

1. Prepare strategic internal communication plan for the Bank, ensuring communication strategy is consistent with and reflects the organization’s strategic vision and PASHA Bank brand values and manage internal communications output.

2. Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and dedication.

3. Ensure thorough cascading of core messages from management to all employees through internal communications plan carefully tailored for their communication with their respective functions, execution of which is closely monitored by the Job Holder.

4. Work in close collaboration with  other stakeholders in the department  in delivering required output such as events, visuals and internal publications.

5. Execution of all functions in the unit in compliance with the relevant  internal and external regulations

Required qualifications & skills:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 2-3 year work experience in Internal communications in large organizations
• Foreign Language: Azeri (fluent), English (fluent), Russian is an advantage
• Computer Skills: MS Office
• Other: Strong stakeholder management  and  organizational skills, outstanding Communication and negotiation skills, good writing skills and time-management.
