Position: Marketing Assistant

Reports & Reviews: Marketing Manager 

Job Role Responsibilities

 Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
 Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
 Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
 Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
 Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
 Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
 Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 Minimum 2 years of Marketing Experience
 Excellent writing skills – able to deliver a message effectively and efficiently
 Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 Must be self-motivated, constantly looking for ways to improve the company
 Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
 Able to coordinate multiple tasks effectively, driving all to completion
 Willingness to work and learn from others

Skill

 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
