Accountant/ Project controller Analyst
Job description:
• Controlling accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting
• Assisting with preparation of statutory reports (SSPF and Tax reports)
• Input all transactions in accounting software (SAP, 1C)
• Manage all Bank Transactions, preparing payment orders, expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assistance with preparation of management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Preparation of Project Reports and reconciliation of accounting data
• Reconciliation of cost and expenses for all ongoing projects, emphasize the control areas of concern for improvements
• Preparation regular reports and work with project management on any overruns
• Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement
Candidate requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian would be asset)
• Understanding of Azerbaijan Tax regulations
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the related filed is required
• Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
• Good knowledge of SAP and 1 C
• Problem-solving and decision- making skills
