KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, Implement, Maintain and improve on area specific HSE Management System in accordance ISO, OHSAS and Local requirements
• Ensure that vigorous investigations occur and appropriate actions are not taken when HSE performance; advising managers and / or supervisor (s) as to appropriate action
• Establish compliance monitoring on published procedures, laws and regulations and contracts. Establish an action plan to ensure the requirements of reflecting approved practices
• Has the authority to request the stoppage of any work process / activity that is in conflict with Frank's Quality Assurance requirements
• Initiates, plans, and undertakes of internal and external audits as necessary in order to verify compliance with the system, follow up on action items; and to ensure a list of approved vendors is established and maintained
• Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and active personal involvement

Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant Bachelor Degree
• At least 3-5 years’ experience of same position.
• Fluent in Azeri and English, Russian is preferable
• Availability of proper certificates
• Strong computer skills with literacy in Word for Windows, Excel and Power point
• Skills in and ability to prepare, procedures and professional proposals
• Sound business and report writing skills
• Proven problem solving ability with a solutions orientation matched with an ability to solve operational problems creatively
• Effective time management, organizational and self-discipline skills

• Good understanding of Integrated Management Systems and Continuous Improvement concepts.
