Sales & Marketing Specialist

We need candidates with relevant (or similar agri experience).

Respnsibilities:

 Evaluate and develop the Sales and Marketing processes and tools based on the type of the product;
 Create the detailed gap assessment report with defined gaps priorities and recommendations;
 Produce Sales and Marketing policy, procedure or guidelines documentations customized for targeted company/family business needs;
 Provide written documents and verbal presentations for company/ family business to create the strategies;
 Forming the strategy of Sales and Marketing to survive the competition;
 Train staff on Sales and Marketing process and standards;

Requirements:

• Languages - Azeri advanced, Russian advanced, English advanced.
• Advanced MS Office skills. Advanced MS Word skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Advanced MS PPT skills.
