A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for HSE Supervisor for one of its Hotels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
• Provide hotel staff and guests with health, safety and environmental support. The main objective is to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at a proper level.
• Observe emergency procedures, exercises, practices and report on them.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
• Recommend solutions or new prevention measures.
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years in a similar position and must have experience within hotel operations.
• Must hold a University Degree in Engineering, Science or HSE
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English, Russian.
• Strong knowledge of relevant HSE principles.
