Pasha Bank is looking for creative candidates to join our team as Credit Control Department Director in Risk Function.
Position will be responsible for credit risk management on the stage of loan repayments with the purpose of maintenance Bank’s risk profile within defined limits and enhance value of Bank’s portfolio.
Scope of position
• Develop methodologies for collateral management in line with group’s and bank’s internal risk policies
• Maximize recovery of bad loans
• Manage records on collateral details in the single database
• Revaluate collateralized property
• Develop loan monitoring and collateral valuation procedures based on bank’s risk policies
• Implement measures aimed at loans recovery
Required qualifications & skills:
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• Corporate finance and/or financial accounting background
• 7-10 years working experience in function
• Good negotiation and strong communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
