Khazar Travel tourism company is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and professional Incoming Tour Operator.

Incoming Tour Operator

Responsibilities

-    Selling travel products and tour packages;
-    Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels;
-    Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization;
-    Combine tour and travel components to create a package holiday;
-    Ensure effective communication with clients at all times;
-    Ensure that all correspondence, documentation, proposals, presentations are delivered accurately and timeously;
-    Continually exceed the customer expectations;
-    Ensure that the best rates are always negotiated and secured;
-    There is occasional travel within a working day, plus overseas travel, sometimes at fairly short notice;
-    Meet profit and sales targets;
-    Networking with tour operators;
-    Attend travel events to remain updated with tourism trends;

Required Skills

-    Excellent communication skills;
-    Diplomacy and tact;
-    Innovation and energy with a desire to drive others;
-    Sound judgement with attention to detail;
-    Strong organisational skills;
-    Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times;
-    A genuine interest in travel;
-    Good English, Russian language skills;
-    Demonstrate an awareness of some of the main trends in travel;
