QA/QC Administrator

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 To assist Quality Team with maintaining and managing Quality Management System to ensure that it means the requirements of established quality standards requirements;
 To assist Quality Team with ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
 To assist Quality Team with defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
 Revision, formatting and correction of all forms & procedures of QMS;
 Perform final QC inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to defined criteria (customer & appropriate standard requirements) using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements;
 QC Proof Read of issued certificates, based on Engineer’s hand-written reports;
 Checking of certification and equipment packages of all supply and inspection jobs/certificates, ensuring within client frame;
 Where required, inspect products purchased by our company from suppliers.
 The Employee shall comply with Company Procedures and Health, Safety & Environmental Rules and shall report to the Employer any circumstance that affects or may affect the Health, Safety, Environment or the Employee’ performance, which may as well include working conditions.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
 High school diploma or University Degree;
 Good in English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
 Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail.
