Vacancy: “Receptionist

Employer: Orca Offshore Azerbaijan

Working shifts: (5 days/week) 08:00 – 16:30
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:

1.Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
2. Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
3. Greeting and welcoming guests;
4. Scanning/copying documents for staff;
5. Archiving folders and job packages;
6. Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
7. Other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- University degree;
