Position title: Accountant

Reports to: Head of Reporting Department
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Revenue and expenses accounting
• Processes bank operations including check, registration and payment transactions of incoming bills and invoices, controlling balance on bank accounts, and preparing bank account reports.
• Preparation and filing of reports to the state authorities (Tax, SSPF etc.)
• Regularly preparing financial reports and analysis for management
• Reconciliation of monthly inventory balances, calculation of monthly inventory used
• Monitoring and preparation of monthly inventory count results.
• Preparation of daily reports
• Maintaining daily cash balances and bookkeeping.
• Preparation of monthly salary calculations
• Control Accounts payable process
• Control Accounts receivable process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting rules and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the correctness, reliability and relevance of account balances in software
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in related field. Preferably in restaurant services.
• Excellent knowledge of tax and labor law
• Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
• Having an experience on Quickbooks software systems is plus
• Satisfactory communication skills.
• Excellent Azeri, Russian and English verbal communication and written skills
• Hard and effective working skills
• Endurance on multi-tasking periods.
 
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Competitive salary package. Salary will be determined based on experience of the candidate (Between 700-1,000 AZN per month)

Working hours 09:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
