Corporate Sales Specialist

Headstart International is seeking for a Corporate Sales specialist. The successful applicant is expected to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Also able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing & PR 
- At least 3 years of relevant experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Hands on experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
