STORE MANAGER
We need candidates who know product range in various section of the supermarket and can lead people.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and vision to the store team;
• Establish short, medium and long term goals to ensure business growth;
• Ensure the effective implementation of service standards in alignment with brand guidelines to offer an outstanding service experience;
• Deliver excellence in operational standards in line with the business processes;
• Meet required KPI’S and targets;
• Ensure compliance to food safety standards, local laws, and health and safety requirements;
• Ensure performance management process is in place with an active successional plan;
• Comply with the Company policies and procedures;
• Keep updated on business trends and competitor activity;
• Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement;
• Contribute to the commercial development of the business;
