Position: Store Manager

Location: Masazir district 

Supervision:

 Manage and coordinate the operations of the store.
 Oversee the operational, financial and legal affairs of the Store.
 Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws, and standing rules according to Board action.
 Attend meetings, disseminating information between governance bodies and staff, and reporting on workplace operations, finances, planning, and other matters as necessary.

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Provide leadership and vision to the store team.
 Contribute to the development of the business, establish short, medium and long term goals to ensure business growth.
 Ensure the effective implementation of service standards in alignment with brand guidelines to offer an outstanding service experience.
 Deliver excellence in operational standards in line with the business processes
 Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent Service
 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
 Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
 Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
 Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
 Meet required KPI’S and targets.
 Ensure compliance to food safety standards, local laws, and health and safety requirements.
 Ensure performance management process is in place with an active successional plan.
 Comply with the Company policies and procedures.
 Keep updated on business trends and competitor activity.  
 Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement.
 Contribute to the commercial development of the business.

Position Qualification

Knowledge
 5 years’ experience in high volume retail, hospitality or customer service environment.
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 Fluency in Azeri and English.
 A highly-motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Result and Management oriented.
 Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.

 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
