Vacancy:  Dress Store Manager

Dress Store Managers are key leaders in our business – they are supported and developed every step along the way with one of the best induction  and training programmes in retail. Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must;
• Proven successful experience as a retail (store) manager;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilties:

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
• Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends;
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability;
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share;
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance;
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
