Job Role Details: Quality Coordinator

Main Tasks

• Understand, implement, administer and communicate all process standards, environmental and quality requirements as stipulated by DHL policies
• Monitor and analyze adherence to business process, quality and environmental standards throughout country org, identify process defects
• Conduct and support internal quality audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Work to implement/close non-conformities, support station in preparing for ISO and customer audits
• Act as an interface to the internal and external auditing bodies
• Support the business to ensure customer questions and concerns regarding DGF’s Q&E policy are answered and managed in a professional manner
• Support training staff in the requirements of the Q&E system, ISO standards and quality procedures as well as business processes
• Assist with scheduled Performance Management team projects as required
• Conduct DGF supplier audits
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as needed in an accurate and timely manner
• Support and engender good customer relations internally and externally
• Provides process and system support services and training to end-users

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all processes are run according to local SOP’s and DHL quality standards
• Ensure corrective actions timely implemented where needed
• Act as an expert and interface for global and regional system and process change requests

Qualifications

• College/University Degree or similar. Preferably with 2-3 years related working experience.

• Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training
