The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Junior Operational Risk specialist.
Scope of position
• Assist in monitoring of Bank’s operations and analysis of possibility of enterprise & operational risks occurrence
• Assist in regular enterprise & operational risk assessment, stress testing and back-testing
• Assist in development of Bank’s enterprise & operational risk management internal policies and procedures
• Assist in coordination of operational risk mitigations procedures implementation
• Assist in maintains the Risk and Incident Management System (reporting, analysis, action plans and their implementation)
• Assist in aggregating risk events (incidents) reported by the business units
• Assist in developing a list of authorized insurance companies
• Participate in projects initiated by or delegated to Enterprise & Operational Risk Management Division
• Assist in preparation of several reports (intradepartmental and management reporting)
Required qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• Previous working experience in relevant field – N/A
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English and Russian
