Position: Procurement Specialist

Job Type Full-time

Required work experience: from1 to 3 years

Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organizational partnerships;
• Compare prices among various vendors and prepare comparison tables;
• Have an ability to work within a given  budget (if possible) to purchase goods and services;
• Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner, and quality is satisfactory;
• Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery and conditions;
• Evaluate performance of vendors and decide to or not to continue buying from vendor;
• Make a complete list of items to determine purchase orders;
• Prepare and track purchase orders.

Requirements

• BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration;
• Proven working experience as a procurement representative preferably in construction;
• Effective decision-making skills;
• Ability to work with numbers;
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data;
• Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in multicultural environment;
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
