Uptech (new startup company) is looking for Marketing Department Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the go-to-market strategy for products and services;
• Understand the sales channels, buyers, buying preferences, sales funnel/cycle, product financial plans and ensures match to market realities;
• Assist in marketing content creation;
• Support event marketing activities;
• Support website content changes;
• Support rollout of message guides and corporate branding;
• Perform market research to support company objectives as required;
• Support organization to develop and/or prepare for presentations, meetings, campaigns and customer visits
• Manage internal/external communication efforts for effective positioning of the organization;
• Continually evaluates the timely adjustment of communication strategies and plans to meet changing company, market and competitive conditions;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing manager role;
• Minimum of experience with salesforce.com and the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level PowerPoint and Website management tools such as WordPress.
• Experience with sales and managing campaigns, market segmentation and marketing lists
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed (frequency is dependent on the office location and project assignments);
• Strong communication skills to develop sales collateral, manage social media outlets, etc.
• Experience producing and delivering appropriate communications to the Executive Level;
• Experience summarizing results and producing management reports;
• Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines;
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Major in Marketing, Communications or Business Management;
• Experience supervising and/or managing resources;
• Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Creative Suite and Marketing automation experience with programs.

Terms and conditions:

• Five days a week, from 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
• Compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code.
