Your main job responsibilities
• With the support of the HR Responsible, to work closely to functions assisting them to understand and implement HR processes, policy & procedures and advising them on HR issues;
• To provide support and take role on implementation of HR processes as talent acquisition, talent management, operation, learning and development, planning and reporting;
• To provide required support on HR projects;
• To prepare periodical reports on implemented HR processes;
• To make sure that all necessary documentation related with HR processes were in place; •
Your education and work experience
• Higher education
• Previous experience in a HR Generalist role managing all HR related processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience dealing with human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, talent management, operation, learning and development, planning and reporting.

• Fluent Azerbaijani, Intermediate Russian and English language skills
