Position: Technical Assistant (male)

Brief description:

Technical assistant performs as an intermediary between manufacturer and the customer by representing the company whose major functions are managing guarantee process, translation of technical materials, preparation of reports and other documentation.
We are looking for candidates that are eager to learn and improve, especially those who would come up with new ideas that will contribute to the process and to the company.
 
Managing guarantee paperwork

• Preparation of guarantee files and papers;
• Related correspondence with foreign manufacturers;
• Presenting guarantee claims to the suppliers;
• Answering to the questions of the customers;

Translation

• Read through original material and rewrite it in target language (English-Russian-Azerbaijani);
• Consults with subject matter experts in order to understand specialized concepts;
• Attend meetings and act as a translator to mediate discussion;

Business trips to the regions

• Going to business trips for either trainings or technical service issues;
• Preparing technical reports using Microsoft Office programs;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• Having work experience is desirable;
• Advanced level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Having technical knowledge is an advantage; 

• Driver’s license (B) is an advantage;

Salary: 500 AZN
