Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics
5 years of experience in IT/Telecom industry, preferably in Technical or Procurement departments
Vendor Selection & Evaluation, Tenders (RFx’s) at Local / Regional / Global levels 
Industry & Market Awareness including New Technologies (Core Network, Access Network, Transport Network, VAS Network, IT Network, I&C Services, Support Services)

Job description (main task of this role)

• Issue local tenders (RFx’s) and tender reports
• Support agreed vendor selection & evaluation criteria
• Support budget & demand plans and support alignment among business units at the company level
• Support Commercial negotiation strategies for local categories
• Support Contract negotiations for local contracts
• Communicate with vendors for specified local category
• Analyze, validate and report achieved Procurement performance results (e.g. savings) against targets
