Leak Test Supervisor 

Main Responsibilities:

• Leak Testing Support
• Report daily to the project manager /
• Training
• Assess and Execute Joint Integrity activities for Leak Test Preparation
• Joint Integrity Technical Support
• Administrative Duties
• Assess and Execute Remedial actions on Leak Repairs
• Complete rework reports for all above
• Liaise with Commissioning, Leak Testing and Construction Leads.
• Working to tight tolerances (0.001”) within tight deadlines
• TMJI Bolting Activities
• Assist focal point with client enquiries
• Assist as required with other PPU Disciplines

Qualifications:

• ECITB TEC Skills Coach for delivery of TEC Skills Units: PF010/PF015/PF018/PF019/HS001/HS002
• Hydratight Assembling and Tightening Bolted Connections
• Mechanical Engineering NVQ Level
• ECITB credited TMJI Bolting
• Current Offshore FOET, MIST, EBS & Medical
• Compact SPO Flanges, Safe and Correct use of Rota Bolts, Manual Handling and First Aid
• Leak Detection
 
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
 
• Relevant site based industry experience offshore or petrochemical onsite machining background
• RTJ and HUB experience advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and engineering solutions
• General computer skills
• Read P&ID, Isometric & GA drawings
• Previous experience in a Supervisory role
