Digital Specialist

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital & social media and the experience to put that passion to work in the following ways:

• Project management of the organisation’s numerous digital initiatives
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s Facebook and Instagram pages. This includes creation of content calendar and development of social media strategy
• Continually monitor and respond to all questions, complaints and other fan requests through community management
• Monitor the online sentiment and engagement and create reports
• Create and monitor social media ads
• Keep on top of latest social marketing trends and implement best practices using innovative approaches

Requirements:

• Marketing related education or professional experience
• Knowledge of social media platforms is a must
• The ability to create engaging copy in Azerbaijani language
• The ability to communicate freely with stakeholders on various levels

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Journalism or a related discipline is required.
