The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Operational Risk Specialist.
Scope of position
• Participating in projects initiated by or delegated to the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team
• Participating in carrying out Risk and Control Self Assessments / Risk Management Framework
• Assisting the Risk Owners with the identification of key risks in their business units.
• Assisting in performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.
• Assisting in reviewing of existing and new processes, products and concepts of the Bank.
• Supporting in production of reporting of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team
• Assisting in stress testing of existing business processes of the Bank
Required qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• Previous working experience in relevant field is must
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English and Russian
