Position: Procurement Cost Analysis Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Constantly use analytical skills to compare vendors and choose the one that best fits the needs of Customer.
• Responsible for documenting the costs for all vendors, as well as generating monthly cost reports to present to stakeholders or director
• Work within standard project control procedures.
• Responsible for documenting the communication cycle with potential vendor leads.
• Liaise with internal project personnel or local suppliers as necessary
• Obtain the latest information pertinent to cost analysis and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Attending meetings concerning cost control matters
• Inspect and Test Vendor Products
• Evaluate and Compare Vendors
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance all cost data registers
• Liaise with Accounting Department cost and billing information
Requirements:
• Procurement experience is desirable
• English – advanced, Russian is advantage
• Experience of working in integrated teams is preferred
• Experience in working with foreign companies
• Higher education in relevant sphere.
