Job Description

     • Control the overall business operations, supervise employees and manage  inventory
     • Develop successful sales plans and growth the business
     • Recruit, train, develop and motivate the employees
     • Implement marketing initiatives and activities
     • Arrange a contact with the local suppliers
     • Organize the business in accordance with operational manual 

Requirements

     • Strong leadership abilities and analytical skills
     • Higher education, preferably in economic or management area
     • PC competency in a Windows application with knowledge of Word, Excel and etc.
     • Fluent English, ability to work with data's and statistics
     • Ability to motivate employees to improve and maintain high levels of performance
     • Self motivated with strong initiative
     • Ability to resolve conflicts/problems independently within a changing environment
     • Being able to business trips
