Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced İT Helpdesk to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Install, modify, and repair, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Inform management of recurring problems

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT.
• University Degree (Information and communications technology)
• Knowledge of Windows OS.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office Applications, electronic mail systems;
• Knowledge on networking and Internet equipment and services, Ethernet technologies
• working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
• knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
• related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
• Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and printer issues.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English languages.
