Dinamo Hotel Baku due to open end of 2017 is seeking Spa Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop SPA Department business and budget plans.
 Resolve all guest/member complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
 Develop and implement Spa Department’s goals, policies and procedures.
 Promote and sell customised Spa programmes as required.
 Work with advertising and promotion as required.
 Ensure effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
 Manage, train and motivate all Spa Department employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 2 - 3 years of experience at Spa Management.
 Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language, both written and verbal.
 Strong customer service orientation/member and guest relation’s skills.
 Knowledge of hospitality industry and local market.
 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
