PRODUCT AND BRAND MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Role synopsis

Azerinteltek CJSC is now looking for an experienced Marketing professional for the role of Product and Brand Management Specialist for further development of TOPAZ™ brands. Key accountabilities

 Be responsible for market share and brand awareness targets and develop new projects in coordination with Marketing Communication to increase revenue,
 Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to,
 Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies,
 Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy,
 Follow up product management activities’ effectiveness and take necessary actions if required,
 Prepare and manage AOP and Product Management budget as well as the consolidation of S&M department budget,
 Support developing new projects to increase other income and manage the operations.

Essential criteria

 A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Marketing),
 Minimum of 2 years Marketing experience in a corporate environment,
 Advanced user in MS Office suite,
 Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani languages: both verbal and written.

Desirable criteria

 Excellent communications and relationship building skills,
 Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills,
 Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
