International Company is looking for Chief Accountant.
 
A leading International Company  operating in the fields of quality, health, safety and environment ("QHSE") services with a network that covers more than 140 countries, specialized in the inspection in industrial sites, buildings and equipments and in management systems in relation to regulatory or voluntary standards is  now seeking a high qualified

"Chief Accountant" for Azerbaijan, Baku  with below qualifications:
 
 
Role:

To carry out daily accounting transactions according to the local tax regulations, local accounting standards, labor law and Company group procedures.

Reports to: Country Chief Executive
 
Main Duties:
 
–Carry out accounting records and control the accuracy for valuable documents (collection documents, approved expense sheets, tax documents,  payment documents etc).
–Implementation and supervise daily accounting transactions (accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, revenue booking, payroll, inventory and spare parts, fixed assets, inter-company, tax, travel, cash and bank), ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data.
–Payment to suppliers as per company rules.
–Follow the approval procedure to the company expenses, invoices.
–Control local tax, Social Security and other tax declaration forms, secure  any delay or mistake.
–Help to the cost control of the company.
–Do necessary accruals before the month end closings.
–Train the other admin personnel for the preparation of time sheets and entering the contracts.
–Issuance of the client invoices in time without any mistake.
–Control and perform payroll and  payment for the employees.
–Monthly corporate reporting without any delay and mistakes.
–Budget/forecast preparation in cooperation with business lines and country management.
 
Requirements:
 
–BA degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
–Fluency of English is a must to properly understand instructions and to communicate with foreign colleagues and management.
–Good level of IT knowledge is a must, to be able to deal with web-applications and any ERP experience in finance is a plus (SAP, Oracle finance tools etc)
–Good command of Excel to proceed with the reportings
–1C experience is a plus.
