Vacancy: Guest Relation Agent
Work experience:
• Experience – at least 1 year as GRA
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must
• Experience in resort is desirable
• High level of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
Main responsibilities:
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Seat all guests in a timely and courteous fashion. Clear extra settings if not needed
• Answer all queries professional language
• Volunteer Resort information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other outlets, services and locations on property and about current/upcoming events.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure steady flow of guests.
Employment details
• Employment contract till 30.08.2017
• Work Schedule - 6/1
• Transportation – from Koroglu metrostation to Dalğa Beach Aquapark and back
• Lunch provision
