Job Title: Offshore Materials Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Cross reference & confirm received materials offshore against stuffing list and report any non-conformance. Pass materials to the relevant departments or locate in the store.
• Stuffing list update, preparation and distribution of 48 hours notification of receiving materials.
• Work with deck crew to allocate received containers on the platform.
• Inventory management, including routine cycle counting of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, insure inventory integrity as to quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse
• Maintain and update of Material Tracking files for both GWO and GOO.
• Materials issue/return according to GWO and GOO maintenance plan.
• Maintain and update all stock and stock control related system (SAP)
• Responsible for housekeeping and management of the storage areas at the offshore platforms (GWO/ GOO)
• Ensure that all equipment is stored on the correct shelving in the correct location and in a safe manner.
• Planning warehouse space to ensure the optimal utilization and maintain a good and safe environment in the warehouse.
• Identification and tagging/marking of all stock items (when applicable)
• Interface with the Operating Functions to identify consumables and bench stock demand.
• Maintain and replenish bench stock via the existing process.
• Attend the required planning meetings (pre-shift and planning)                           

Education: Technical education is preferable.

Skills and Competencies:

•       SAP knowledge is preferable
•       Fluent in written and verbal Azerbaijani & English
•       Fluent knowledge of MS Office
