SALES Director
Location: Sumgayit
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields
• Minimum five to seven years of sales management experience, experience with international brands in FMCG is strongly preferred. Experience MUST be in the distribution or operating companies, not the representative offices
• Be responsible for sales targets’ achievements, volume and value, across all our portfolios
• Lead and develop on-trade and off-trade sales teams, direct and supervise B2B channel sales
• Strong business acumen, strong planning and analytical skills, creative and upbeat attitude
• Experience in trade marketing a plus
• Knowledge of MS office is required, confidence in working with Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a number of international brands while communicating efficiently with the third parties and within the organization
• Knowledge of Russian mandatory, English is strongly preferred
• Age 30 – 40
• Understanding specific of Premium products is an advantage.
