Sales Representative

Compass International MMC is looking for cosmetics products distribution sales representatives.

Job Description:

- Product knowledge and training
- Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, delivering products
- Identifying and establishing new accounts
- Planning and organizing daily and weekly work schedules to visit existing and potential sales points
- Training the sales representatives at the sales points
- Controlling the product displays and recommending the sales personnel on product display and sales approaches
- Taking orders and delivering products to POS
- Collecting of sales payments
- Checking stocks and controlling the stocks
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual analyses

Job Requirements:

- Experience in distribution and sales (preferably in pharmacy and cosmetics sector)
- Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
- Computer skills, knowledge of Excel
- Dedicated team player
- Good sales skills
