SIM Supervisor

Requirements:

• Competent in the use of EnerMech SIM flange management software
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, Power Point. Microsoft Outlook.
• Conversant with UK Oil & Gas guidelines for the management of the integrity of bolted joints for pressurized systems
• Knowledge of, ASME, ANSI, API, Industry Standards             
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings  Piping & Instrumentation and Isometric and Process flow diagrams
• Sound knowledge of process piping and equipment, vessels and heat exchangers.
• Experience with On / Offshore construction and commissioning, Maintenance, shutdown, turnaround projects
• knowledge of Hydro-testing commissioning N2 Leak testing activities
• Proficiency in English

• Tightening Bolted Connection
• Jointing Pipeline Using Flanged Units
• Assembling and Tensioning Bolted Connections
• System Integrity Management
