“Fair Group Construction" LLC is seeking for HR.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of local labor legislation, normative acts and State Migration Laws
• Minimum 3 years experience of working in local or international company in HR position
• Completed University Degree in business, human resources, or related field; HR certification desirable;
• Excellent Communication and negotiation, diplomatic skills, good presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS office
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
• Ability to react quickly to deadlines
• Knowledge of HR resources policy and strategy of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Covers all aspects of recruitment – hiring staff, prepare employment, transfer and termination of employees under labor law, producing job descriptions, placing adverts, working with recruitment consultancies, organizing interviews and initial assessment.
• Prepares staff contracts, promotion etc.
• Create and maintain personal files of employees, amends, work-related changes and provides the confidential storage;
• Assemble all necessary documents from employee for new hire/ termination
• Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications;
• Manage HR budgets;
• Submit documents to the State Migration Service
• Prepare all necessary host country registration documents for the staff and visa for all official international staff travel;
• Supporting and responding to employees’ inquiries on routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures;
• Performing HR generalist and other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
