Job Title: Maintenance Inspector
Project: South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion
Work location: Camps in Goranboy and Aghstafa regions
Reports to: Transport Manager
Responsibilities:
• Maintain all equipment manuals, equipment warranties, and tool inventories;
• Monitor tools, tool room equipment, maintenance and safety practices.
• Provide advisory assistance in regard to equipment and facility needs and conditions.
• To be able to diagnose malfunctions of Vehicle/Equipment parts;
• Coordinate activities with other maintenance sections.
• Keeps maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles; orders needed repair parts.
• Review maintenance orders to ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare all required reports and maintain all appropriate records.
• Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.
• Complete maintenance jobs in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency.
• Review equipment history files, Ensure accurate recorded histories in work completions.
• Provide grievance counseling when required.
• Make sure that maintenance jobs are in accordance with all corporate policies and legislated regulations.
• Receive information from the drivers/operators related to the condition of vehicles/plants to identify functional/non-functional parts in order to repair them constantly.
• Ensures the regular check-up of vehicles/plants is done duly (i.e. engine oil change, air filter etc.)
• Supports maintenance supervisor by keeping service records, conducting reports, updating database (soft and hard copies to be available), etc.
• Visits sites when necessary and keeps records accordingly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as Maintenance Inspector
• Candidates have professional experience within BP projects will be preferred.
