Business Development Division Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's and Master's degree is a must.
9 years of total work experience (8 years of functional / 6 years of industrial experience)
Strong Disciplined.
Strong communication, leadersip, management skills.
Strong team work orientation, ability to work under pressure.
Strong skills in contract term enforcement. Advanced presentation skills.
Advanced understanding of internal documentation management.
Advanced understanding of MS office and Ms PPT.
Advanced knowledge of property criteria, Technical parameters (MEP), Safety and Security of properties (HSE, Security, Cleaning).
Advanced understanding of list preparation, property manual, contracts.
Good understanding of market price analysis, property documentation, surrounding change analysis.
Advanced certification, reporting skills.
Frequent field visits, client interaction.
Advanced Planning, budgeting skills.
Languages - Azeri, Russian, English - advanced.
Advanced data gathering, analysis skills, asset valuation, business valuation skills.
Advanced knowledge of feasibility study, ability to write business plans, ability of new project development.
Advanced ability of new idea generation, to evaluate sites, to form potential customer database, to form and update current customer database.
Advanced knowledge of 3rd parties like rieltors, valuators, etc. Strong ability to deal with 3rd parties like rieltors, valuators, etc.
Advanced business analytics, reporting skills, ability to track KPIs.
Advanced ability to track performance, ability to form and update asset database, to create soft and hard copy filing, to track Asset KPIs.
Advanced knowledge of asset cards documentation.
