Human Resources Team Leader (Regions)

Relevant Experience in Hotels is a Must

Requirement:

- A relevant university degree or relevant professional qualification

- At least 3 years experiences in a Recruitment & Selection role, including managing high volume recruitment campaigns

- Fluency in three languages: Azerri, English, Russian

Responsibilities:

- Employees will be required to promote and support the mission and vision of the service for which they are responsible.
- At all times provide excellent customer service and to treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Demonstrate their commitment by the efficient completion of all tasks allocated to them.
- Carry out their duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policy and statutory regulations.
- Ensure the ongoing confidence of the public in service provision.
- Assist the employing organisation in the fulfillment of its statutory duty
